Help and contact

Report a problem with Makasi, request a feature, ask our team to take over a failed build, or report an abusive app.

1. Something is wrong with Makasi

  1. Open your account menu (your name, bottom left), then “Get help” › “Report a problem” (or “Request a feature”).
  2. Choose a category, describe what happens, and add up to three screenshots if useful.
  3. Send. The page you were on, your browser and your interface language are attached to the report; nothing from your app’s content is sent.
  4. Follow up: we reply in the same window and by email, and “My reports” lists your reports and their status (received, in progress, resolved or dismissed).

For a change to YOUR app, just ask the assistant in the chat: the report form is for problems with Makasi itself.

2. Our team takes over a failed build

When a build fails, you can ask our team to take it over: “Ask our team”. Our technical team looks at the project, fixes it and relaunches it, at our expense and without using your credits; you get an email when it is done. Builds on the project are paused meanwhile, and “I’ll continue on my own” cancels the request.

It is a service we offer; it is neither a guaranteed result nor a guaranteed delay.

3. Report an abusive app

Phishing, scam, malware, impersonation, copyright infringement: anyone, with or without an account, can report an app hosted on Makasi. Every report is reviewed by a person.

4. Write to us

[email protected] — also reachable from “Get help” › “Contact us”, in your account menu. Our full contact details are on the legal notice page.
